Admission Policy
- Admission is open to students between 3 years to 19 years depending on the availability of seats.
- The registration form is valid for one academic year only. One time Admission fees is non-refundable.
- The acceptance of the ‘Application for Registration’ and fee does not guarantee admission to the prospective student. Admission is confirmed on completion of all process as per policy
- Sibling/s will be given preference depending on the availability of seats. 10% sibling concession on Annual composite fees is offered for sibling admission as per policy.
- The student is required to fulfil the age criteria / equivalent grade as mentioned by the School Management committee.
Foreign nationals need to submit relevant documents as per Govt. of India rules and regulations for foreign nationals and secure appropriate Visa / Resident permit, if applicable. - Age appropriate aptitude test / psychometric tests are administered to identify the basic skills of a child in language/math/ science. These tests are administered to help the child and parent and in turn for the school to understand the child’s ability.
- Children with special learning needs, abilities and challenges will be evaluated on case to case basis as per IB standards and practices.
- Meeting with the Coordinator is scheduled for the benefit of the child and parent to know us in a befitting manner.
- In case of cancellation of admission, one-time admission fee and other fees paid will be applicable as per the withdrawal policy.

- EYP – 9:00 am to 12:30 pm
- PYP, MYP & IBDP – 8:00 am to 4:00 pm ( includes curriculum activities & breaks )

Student from grade VI onwards appear for online written assessment for math and English subject. Aptitude test will be conducted on the date mentioned at the time of submission of Registration form

Meeting will be scheduled with Coordinator/ Principal. Once admission granted, Shortlisted student Admission to be confirmed within the stipulated period. The school has the authority to grant the seat to someone else in case of non-communication.
Post Admission Procedure
- Once Admission is granted, parents are required to deposit the Fees and submit the following documents. – Admission form, Medical form, computer access agreement, Indemnity bond, Subject choice form – IX and XI
- Admission will be confirmed only on completion of the above procedure.
- Kindly mention student’s name and grade while transferring fees by WIRE /NEFT/RTGS/ECS
Kindly submit proof of payment to the school by email. Mail ID: admissions@www.mitgurukul.com - One time admission fees is non-refundable. In case of a waiting list, the school does not commit of a confirmed admission.
- Admissions for the new academic year for Nursery, open in the first week of January each year.
- Admissions to other classes depend on vacancies available.
- School fee is charged for the Academic year.
- Kindergarten fees can be paid in two installments (Jan / Sept)
- Grade 1 to 12 fees can be paid in four equal installments as per the fees policy

- Letter of recommendation from the Principal / Class Teacher of the current school ( original )
- Students of Indian Origin need to submit a copy of their OCI or PIO card. (photocopy)

- Current school Transcript (original)
- Latest medical report (photocopy)
- 12 photographs of the student (Latest Passport size with both ears visible)
- Letter of recommendation from the Principal / Class Teacher of the current school (original)
