A True Source of Inspiration – Dr. Vishwanath D. Karad, a renowned educationist who is known in the society for his work in the human rights, spiritual advice & democracy. He is a strong follower of Swami Vivekananda. In 2015, he participated at Salt Palace Convention center, Salt Lake city, Utah, (U.S.) for “Parliament of world’s religions”. Reclaiming the heart of our Humanity Working together for world of Compassion, Peace, Justice & Compatibility. More than 10,000 people all over the world, from more than 80 Nations and believing in more than 50 faiths, were present for the said parliament.
He vowed to re-establish the symbols of national integrity in the form of Shriram Mandir (2011), Jama Masjid and Khawaja Zen Uddin Chisti Dargah(2009) and has been in the process. Yes, he is the man who is coming with Shree Ram, Sarwa Dharma Manawata Mandir at Ayodhya. He is the one who has also initiated the first International Robocon, and World Peace Eco Park from 2009 every year at national level.

Mr. Venu Gopal
Mr . Venugopal is associated with school since its inception. He is a University Topper with a Masters degree in Statistics, specialising in Econometrics and Demography. He has a passion for teaching Mathematics and Statistics across all grade levels including graduates and post graduates, acquiring expertise in teaching CIE / IB Curriculum for more than a decade. He has a strong inclination towards sports with the firm belief that sports promote team work, discipline,and a never-give-up attitude among other necessary life skills.
Mr. Rohit Singh Raghav
Mr. Rohit Singh Raghav recently joined MIT Pune’s Vishwashanti Gurukul as a Bursar and is responsible for implementing elements of the school’s strategic vision, which includes operational excellence, financial sustainability, academic infrastructure, and maximizing human capital.
He is a progressive and enthusiastic person, with a flair for mentoring and coaching. As a natural leader, Mr. Raghav’s vision is to be an integral part of an organisation which works for promoting holistic education and creates a powerful impact on today’s generation.
Prior to joining MIT Pune’s Vishwashanti Gurukul, Mr. Raghav was associated with King’s College India, a British Boarding School as Head of H.R. and Administration. He holds hands-on experience on setting up new policies and procedures as well as improvising the ongoing systems across all Non-Academic Departments and synchronising them with the Academic Departments of the school to ensure that the school achieves the required administrative excellence.
Mr. Raghav, holds an MBA in H.R. and Marketing and is a graduate in Computer Applications. In addition to his experience and educational qualifications, as a new incumbent Mr. Raghav continues to learn about the environment and matters related to his role at MIT Pune’s Vishwashanti Gurukul.
Mr. Kamal Thakur

Mr. Kamal Thakur, is a humanitarian par excellence who has been mentoring and guiding students of various boarding houses across length and breadth of India for last 25 years.
He specializes in guiding the future citizens from varied national and international backgrounds. A professionally trained Pastoral Guide and a large hearted human who sees no day or night when it comes to giving care and support to students under his guardianship. He is a leader with a vision, who ensures that boarders under him utilize their fullest capacity and develop capabilities to lead the world in the times to come. His approach of creating an environment of self-discipline and growth rather than control and monitoring makes any boarding a home away from home indeed. His students have been making their mark in the professional world globally.
Mrs. Evelynn Sheen Singh
Ms Evelynn, the IBDP coordinator of Vishwashanti Gurukul is a firm believer and doctor of the IB philosophy and principles. Her academic career along with her ongoing PhD in literature is dotted with many laurels; right from being a gold medalist at the university level to international paper publications. She has been equally successful in instilling this academic rigor in her DP students, which has been very which has been very instrumental in the students achieving top scores in the IBDP exams.
As an educationists, she places the learner at the center and firmly believes in the school being a platform for all-round development. To this end she along with her team of teachers, constantly strives to inspire her learners to explore and hone their creative talents. In the short span of her career, she has gone from being an IB subject examiner to being a team leader. She is also currently on the IB TOK curriculum review team. An ardent practitioner of the IB philosophy, she is a devout advocate of academic honesty. She continuously endeavours to maintain a culture for excellence by firmly upholding the principles of honesty, hard work and dedication on one hand and on the other enabling learners to creatively craft their growth journey.
Ms. Amrita Singh
Ms. Amrita Singh, the MYP Coordinator holds a merit degree in Master of Science, Chemistry. She is associated with Vishwashanti Gurukul for the past 4 years and is having a diverse 10 years of teaching experience. She is a firm believer in Inquiry and Concept-based teaching and learning which helps students to extend and enhance their creative thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills and understand that they can make a difference through the small or big decisions they make and actions they do. She strives to inspire the students to maximize their potential from their learning experiences.
As an educationist, she trusts in the innovative approaches of teaching and learning to convene the IB philosophy by how best to meet the needs of adolescents, who are confronted with a vast and often bewildering array of choices in a complex and rapidly changing world. She is the practitioner of the IB Philosophy and believes in life-long learning and participates in various professional development workshops and webinars to learn the innovative pedagogical approaches which she and her team of MYP educators apply to make the learning imparted effectively across a spectrum of learners. She strongly promotes and aims to instil the school values, ethos, intercultural understanding, and academic integrity which fosters the holistic development of a learner.
An adept PYP facilitator with Vishwashanti Gurukul for 12 years, she believes in building in the students a strong value system and developing a thirst for learning within them. Her strengths dwell in applying appropriate teaching and assessment methodologies, contributing to the design and development of objectives and teaching material.
