Holi Festival Celebration

Boarding students enthusiastically celebrated Holi Puja, infusing the campus with vibrant colors and joyous festivities. The day commenced with traditional rituals, where students adorned in traditional attire gathered to offer prayers and seek blessings for prosperity and harmony.

F1 in Schools Regionals competition The students of MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul have once again showcased their brilliance and innovation, bringing home a remarkable array of awards from the prestigious F1 in Schools Regionals competition. Their exceptional performance led them to victory as well as securing the second runner-up position.  With unwavering determination and unparalleled talent, our students have not only made us proud but have also set new benchmarks in engineering and motorsport excellence.   We secured the following accolades: Best Engineered Car: Recognizing our superior design, precision engineering, and innovative features. Knockout Champions: Celebrating our exceptional performance and strategic brilliance on the track. Project Management and Enterprise Portfolio Award: Honoring our comprehensive project management approach and professional presentation.  Women in Motorsport Award: Acknowledging our commitment to diversity and inclusion, inspiring gender equality in motorsport.   The remarkable success of our students at the F1 in Schools regional competition is a testament to their hard work, dedication, and innovative spirit. ISRO Exhibition

MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul ISRO Exhibition 111th ISRO Space Exhibition The first day of the 111th ISRO Space Exhibition, hosted by the Indo Science Education Trust, Samvit, and Vishwashanti Gurukul World School, commenced with a fervent invocation of peace and unity. The event started with a warm welcome to esteemed guests and attendees, emphasizing the event’s significance in promoting scientific awareness and collaboration. A felicitation ceremony honoured the distinguished guests for their significant contributions to space science and education. The Chief Guest, Dr Sudheer Kumar, Director of Capacity Building Programme Office at the ISRO headquarters, spoke about the importance of an inquisitive mind, hard-work and being true to oneself in the pursuit of knowledge and the passion to reach the stars. Inspirational speeches by Dr. Arvind Shaligram, Director of ISRO-SPPU Space technology Centre and CEO of SPPU Research Park foundation, Dr. A K Sinha, ISRO Focul point and Project head, Mr. Vishnu B Lal, Group Director at Vibram Sarabhai Space Centre, Mrs. Nivedita Madkikar, proud receiver of prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award in the field of education, Mr. Satish Rao, a space scientist and Mr. Santosh Pise, founder and President of Indo Science Education Trust (ISET) highlighted their passion and profound impact on space technology and education. One of the highlights was the demo presentation of WEMOSAT by Mr. Satish Rao and Mr. Santosh Pise. This demonstration showcased cutting-edge advancements in space technology, providing attendees with a glimpse into the future of space exploration. The students from grade 4 to 11 were guided by the space scientists of ISET to make working and static models of satellites, International Space station, GSLV, PSLV and Chandrayaan etc. The students were proud of their exhibits and confidently answered the questions put up by the visitors. The exhibition was visited by the students of Euro school, The Bishop’s School, Shivaji School, VPMS, ZP School, Savitribai Phule School, MVM Panditrao Aagashe, Mount Litera School, and Aerospace Junior College. In conclusion, the 111th ISRO Space Exhibition served as a platform for collaboration, learning, and inspiration. Through insightful speeches, demonstrations, and acknowledgments, the event reinforced the importance of scientific curiosity and collaboration in advancing space exploration and education. MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul Sports Day

MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul Celebrates Spectacular Sports Day with Grandeur MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul, an esteemed IB World school, recently showcased its commitment to holistic education with a vibrant Sports Day that captivated participants and spectators alike. The event unfolded with the anticipation of a grand celebration, beginning with the warm welcome extended to the chief guest and the felicitation of the distinguished guest from MIT ADT University. The day gained momentum as the colors of Jal, Vayu, Agni, and Pruthvi houses came to life during the impressive March past. The symbolic hoisting of the flag and the declaration of the sports meet open, marked by the release of colorful balloons into the sky, set the tone for a day filled with energy and excitement. A highlight of the event was the Star Award presentation, recognizing outstanding achievements and contributions. The proceedings kicked off with an adorable Ant March by Early Years Programme (EYP) students, showcasing their enthusiasm and spirit. The audience was treated to impressive displays, including archery and yoga exhibitions, a drill by Primary Years Programme (PYP) students, and a lively Zumba performance by Middle Years Programme (MYP) students. The competitive spirit soared as the races commenced, featuring obstacle races for PYP, and sprints and relays for both MYP and Diploma Programme (DP) students. The atmosphere buzzed with enthusiasm as each house gave their all, aiming for victory. In a thrilling culmination, Jal house emerged triumphant, securing the first position, with Vayu claiming second place, Agni securing third, and Prithvi securing the fourth position. The event concluded on a high note with the distribution of trophies to the deserving winners and runners-up, acknowledging their dedication, sportsmanship, and teamwork. MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul’s Sports Day not only showcased athletic prowess but also underscored the values of camaraderie, discipline, and healthy competition. School Shines at ISSO Tournament

ISSO CHAMPIONSHIP 2023 In a remarkable display of talent and determination, our school students have brought great glory to our institution at the prestigious International School Sports Organization (ISSO) athletics competition. Our young athletes have showcased their prowess and brought home an impressive haul of medals. With unwavering dedication and relentless efforts, our students clinched a total of 13 medals, including 2 gold, 4 silver, and 7 bronze.Apart from their outstanding performance at the ISSO athletics competition, our students have also actively participated in various basketball, Volleyball, and badminton tournaments. These tournaments provided them with valuable exposure and the opportunity to enhance their skills in different sporting disciplines.Students have excelled in their specialized sports by engaging in rigorous training. They have honed their abilities through practice sessions consisting of basic drills and enjoyable activities. Such initiatives ensure that our young athletes develop a strong foundation in their chosen sports, fostering a lifelong love for physical activity.The remarkable achievements of our students in athletics and other sporting events highlight the importance of a well-rounded education that emphasizes physical fitness and sportsmanship.
