Dr. Sunil Karad
Education holds the key to a progressive world, along with being a crucial tool for solving some of the most complex issues. It hones the developmental potential of our youth, and eventually shapes the future of humanity. Being associated with a variety of knowledge streams across Technology, Science, Social Science, Humanities, Health Science, Design and School Education verticals, I firmly believe that learning is far beyond facts and figures. Ideally, education should foster curiosity and analysis. It should be beyond ensuring literacy and inculcate realization of own’s potential.
With a liberal approach, we can imbibe a sense of social responsibility, and instill intellectual and practical dexterity in the citizens of tomorrow. It is upon us to guide these young minds to succeed in the realm full of opportunities.
Provost
Prof.Anant Chakradeo
Prof. Anant Chakradeo is a talented Educationist and strategist who believes in thinking differently and who tries new concepts in education to build successful ventures. With a brief background of six years in Industry, Anant has settled in Engineering, Design and other higher education domains for more than three decades. With a humble start as a lecturer in MIT, he performed at almost every level and successfully climbed each step of the ladder in the organization during last 31 years and currently working as the Group Provost for five units of MIT Group. His vast experience includes teaching, applied research, developing and managing higher education institutes. He has mastered himself in starting new ventures in higher education. His knowledge about Education Management helps him in creating success stories like MIT Institute of Design, Avantika University which were conceived and created by him and his team right from scratch. He has been working on developing international relations and tie-ups for MIT Group and has travelled extensively to about 20 countries all over the world. He has developed more than 15 working agreements of various types for MIT Group of Institutes

At the helm of Vishwashanti Gurukul’s academic vision, our Principal leads with wisdom, empathy, and a deep commitment to holistic education.
Arpit Sharma
Mr. Arpit Sharma is an accomplished educationist with over 20 years of teaching experience, including 12 years as an IB Diploma Programme Coordinator. He holds a Bachelor’s in Arts, a B.Ed., and three Master’s degrees—M.A., M.Phil, and an MBA. Passionate about education, Mr. Sharma teaches English Language & Literature and Theory of Knowledge.
He strongly believes in a growth mindset and nurtures every student’s potential through a caring and intellectually stimulating environment. A firm advocate of lifelong learning, he continuously evolves with the dynamic demands of modern education. Mr. Sharma is also an avid reader, traveler, and sports enthusiast.
Chief Administrative Officer
Driving strategic operations and stakeholder trust, our Chief Administrative Officer ensures smooth functioning across all administrative domains of the school.
Udayan Verma
Mr. Udayan Verma joined Vishwashanti Gurukul in 2021 as Head of Marketing and Admissions and quickly became a key administrative leader. With a career spanning over 20 years, he has managed operations and admissions at several leading residential and international schools. Mr. Verma brings strategic clarity and people-first leadership to his role as CAO, where he oversees all administrative functions.
Passionate about education, he believes in continuous improvement through honest feedback. His focus on stakeholder trust and operational excellence has significantly contributed to the school’s growth and institutional credibility.
Bursar
Our Bursar oversees the critical pillars of finance, compliance, and infrastructure—ensuring that the school operates efficiently and securely at all levels.
Brijender Bhargav
Mr. Brijender Bhargav brings over 22 years of experience in institutional administration with deep expertise in human resources, operations, IT, compliance, and facilities. With a strong foundation in health and safety protocols and financial management, he has served in top academic institutions across India and abroad.
His strategic leadership ensures governance integrity and the seamless functioning of non-academic services. Mr. Bhargav plays a vital role in enhancing operational effectiveness and supporting the school’s mission of delivering world-class education through a secure, compliant, and well-managed infrastructure.

Jaya Shahi
DP Coordinator
Ms. Jaya Shahi is a dedicated and accomplished educator with over 25 years of teaching experience, including the last 15 years at Vishwashanti Gurukul. As an IB Diploma Programme Coordinator, she blends academic excellence with deep empathy, ensuring that every student experiences holistic growth and success. Holding a Master’s degree in Hindi and a Master’s in Computer Applications, Ms. Shahi embodies a unique balance between the richness of language and the precision of technology. Her interdisciplinary expertise allows her to bridge tradition with innovation—creating dynamic learning experiences that inspire both heart and mind. A firm believer in nurturing independent, compassionate, and reflective learners, Ms. Shahi leads with integrity and purpose. Her commitment extends beyond academics to student well-being and the cultivation of a positive, collaborative school culture.
Ms. Sudhi Gupta
Associate IBDP Coordinator
With over a decade of experience in education, Mr. Sudhi Gupta brings a passion for innovation and lifelong learning. As Head of Computer Science and Design, he strives to integrate evolving technologies into meaningful classroom experiences. He believes the IBDP is not just about academics—it’s a platform for nurturing curiosity, critical thinking, and real-world problem solving. His greatest inspiration comes from watching students discover their potential and grow into confident, capable individuals. For Mr. Gupta, education is a journey of empowerment—one that prepares learners to shape and lead a dynamic, ever-changing world.
Ms. Abha Seth
MYP Coordinator
With over 18 years of experience in international education, Ms. Abha Seth brings expertise in the IB curriculum and a passion for inquiry-based learning. She holds postgraduate degrees in Educational Leadership, Human Resource Management, and English Literature, along with a Bachelor’s in Education. As a certified IB Educator Network (IBEN) member, she serves as a Workshop Leader, Programme Leader, Consultant, and Authorization Team Leader. Her global teaching journey across India, the UAE, and Indonesia reflects her commitment to cultivating critical thinking, global-mindedness, and experiential learning that prepares students to thrive in an ever-evolving world.
