At MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul, we believe in nurturing every child’s unique potential. Our admissions process is designed to be transparent, inclusive, and personal—offering guidance at every step. We welcome applications from local, national, and international families across all grade levels, from Early Years to the IB Diploma Programme.
Admission Process – Step-by-Step Guide
Our admission process is designed to be clear, supportive, and seamless—from your first enquiry to your child’s enrollment at MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul.
1. Enquiry
Submit your interest via the online Enquiry Form.
2. Interaction
Our Admissions Team will reach out to schedule a school tour or virtual meeting.
3. Application & Fee
Fill out the online Application Form, upload required documents and pay the application fee.
4. Assessment
Based on grade level, students may be invited for an interaction or placement assessment.
5. Admission Offer
Once shortlisted, a formal offer will be shared along with fee details.
6. Enrollment
Secure your child’s seat by submitting the necessary documents and fees.
Eligibility Criteria
We accept students across grade levels:
PYP
Early Years (Nursery, KG) to Grade 5
MYP
Grades 6 to 10 (for students aged 11–16)
IBDP
Grades 11 & 12 (for students aged 16–19)
IBDP
Grades 11 & 12 (for students aged 16–19) .
All applicants are assessed holistically, considering past academic records, language proficiency, and personal interactions.
The Role of Mentors and Advisors
Our mentor-advisor system ensures that every student is seen, heard, and supported throughout their educational journey.
Admissions Timeline
Admissions are open on a rolling basis until seats are filled. Early application is encouraged.
Key dates for assessments, interactions, and school tours will be shared upon enquiry.

- The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Report cards from the previous two academic years
- The email ID used during registration will serve as the official channel for all admission-related communication.
- Birth Certificate
- Kindly ensure it is accurate and regularly monitored. Email changes will not be allowed once submitted.
