A group of 4 Canadian Universities visited MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul – an IB World School, on 22nd August 2022 and talked about the education system in Canada, programs offered, research opportunities, scholarships and post study work opportunities. 

Vishwashanti Gurukul, an IB World school organized the Curriculum Morning to give parents an insight into the curriculum we follow in PYP and Early Years. It was heartening for us to see parents come and attend the programme.

Education is not complete without cultural values. On the occasion of Dahi Handi Utsav 2022, a dahi handi competition was organised by the Pastoral Care Team for the boarding students. The students displayed excellent skills of sportsmanship and dedication in the event.

At MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul, Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated by the staff and students of EYP & PYP on Thursday, 18th August 2022. Janmashtami is celebrated as a symbol of the end of darkness and rooting out of the evil forces.

A ten USA Universities delegation visited MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul on 18th August 2022. The representatives had an interaction with the students of IBDP 1 and IBDP 2.

Gen Next Education @gennexteducation group visited MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul with a six member delegation from the US, Italy and an Indian University.

Team Samagati & Vishwa Scholars collaborated with MITVGS to create an environment for the new era students where they learn about the new age education via #experientiallearning.

A little competition mixed with teamwork makes a great learning environment. The Inter House Master Chef competition was organized by Boarding Team of MITVGS for the Boarding Students where we witnessed the enthusiastic participation from the IBMYP & IBDP students.

“Azadi Ka Amrit Mahostav” 75th Independence Day of the nation was celebrated with great enthusiasm and respect on 15th August 2022, at MIT-ADT University where Students of MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul and other MIT University/Schools participated in the parade and Cultural Programme.

Rakshabandhan is celebrated at MIT Vishwashanti Gurukul on 11 August 2022. The event was celebrated with full enthusiasm and zeal as all the students were dressed in colourful festive clothes. All the students were gathered under one roof in Refectory to tie Rakhies ceremoniously – a sign to show that school is indeed a home away from home.

IELTS (the International English Language Testing System) is the world’s most popular English language test for work, study, and migration. More than 10,000 organisations trust IELTS as a reliable indicator of true to life ability to communicate in English. IELTS assesses a test taker’s English language proficiency across four skills: listening, reading, writing, and speaking.

Ms Kanoi is a #IndustrialDesigner from Rhode Island School of Design, she is an experimental artist, designer and creative education enthusiast. She conducted the workshop along with the team of creative enthusiasts hustling to uplift and build Art, Design and Architecture Portfolios.

An Inter House #FootballTournament was organised for Boarding House Students on 6th and 7th of July, 2022. The competition was played in league format in which every house placed 1 team in each age category (U-14, U-17 and U-19). In the tournament students demonstrated tremendous #sportsmanship and #discipline.
